Paula is a qualified and experienced Holistic Aromatherapist. She trained at the prestigious Tisserand Institute in London after winning a scholarship in a national competition.

She is registered with the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists, the largest professional practioner organisation in the world. Aromatherapists have to achieve the highest standards of professional training before they are eligible to join the IFPA register and must adhere to strict codes of conduct and practice

In addition to aromatherapy Paula has undertaken further training in Deep Tissue Massage and Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage and Movement Teacher, trained by Peter Walker at the Active Birth Centre in London.

Paula is a fully qualified and experienced Speech and Language Therapist with many years experience woking in schools and clinics. She is also a Makaton Regional Tutor and has recently launched a locally run Makaton Baby Signing Class (using the signs as seen on Cbeebies.) Paula also holds Makaton Workshops to train professionals and carers in the use of the Makaton Vocabulary
